ℹ️Important

This guide is based on version v0.12.0

Make sure to read these as it can answer simple questions.

  1. Automatic Updates: Skyridge seamlessly updates itself upon each startup if there is a new update available.

  2. File Management: Skyridge simplifies file management by automatically generating new files when you delete or rename them.

  3. CSV Formatting: If your CSV files contain empty lines, Skyridge will automatically reformat them during startup or when it completes its tasks, ensuring data integrity.

  4. Recommended Tools: For efficient CSV and JSON editing, we recommend using specialized tools. For Windows users dealing with CSVs, Rons Editor is an excellent choice (LINKarrow-up-right). On macOS, Excel is a reliable option. When working with JSON files, we highly recommend using editors like Notepad++ (LINKarrow-up-right) for Windows users or Sublime Text (LINKarrow-up-right) for both macOS and Windows.

  5. Support and Assistance: If you encounter any issues or have questions, please open a support ticket on our Discord server. Our dedicated team is here to assist you.

  6. Outlook Account Compatibility: Skyridge can bypass clipped Outlook accounts in most cases, though it cannot bypass hard clips. To resolve hard clips, you'll need to use the unclipper tool to restore functionality.

  7. Account Verification: Occasionally, Skyridge may clip old Outlook accounts, especially those that have been inactive for a while. To prevent this, select a few accounts you suspect are inactive and run them through the clipchecker twice. If they survive without issues, it's likely safe to include all your accounts when using Skyridge.

  8. Security Notifications: Sometimes, you might receive "Microsoft unusual sign-in activity" or "Verify your account" emails. These notifications occur when the initial login attempt fails, but the clip-bypass process succeeds. There's no need to worry, as your accounts remain secure.
