globeISO Codes

ISO Alpha-2 codes are standardized two-letter codes used to represent countries. They come from the ISO 3166-1 standard and are commonly used in APIs, URLs, settings, and configuration files.

Using these short codes keeps data consistent, readable, and language-independent.

Thats why Skyridge uses ISO Alpha-2 codes (2 LETTER ONLY) for phone_iso and country_iso in most of the csvs.

  • The codes never change with language

  • Some codes may look unusual (e.g. GB instead of UK) β€” this is intentional and standardized
